Submit your poster to the “QMC Hands-on Summer Workshop”
On 20-23 June 2022, TREX is organising a joint hands-on workshop in partnership with the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS), Institute of Physics SAS (IPSAS), and National Competence Centre for High Performance Computing (NCC for HPC). The QMC summer workshop offers an inclusive hands-on platform for all stakeholders to share results and innovations with TREX and the community of students, researchers, HPC actors, and the high-tech industry.
Participants are invited to submit their poster contributions and present results and ongoing activities at the TREX summer workshop.
The best poster winner will get the opportunity to be financed as a visiting student for one week at the Institute of Physics SAS in Slovakia, with food and accommodation covered by the TREX project. This is a great opportunity to learn more from the HPC experts and explore Mojmírovce at the same time.
The posters will be assessed by the #QMCworkshop Program Committee for their relevance to the workshop topics and their potential impact on the discussion.
The deadline for submission is 13 May 2022 at 17:00 CEST. Extended deadline 19 June 2022, 17:00 CEST
How to apply
Submit directly your poster using the online form below. When filling out your application you will be required to provide information about yourself and provide an abstract of your poster. Posters can be uploaded in jpg, jpeg, png, and/or pdf format.
We will notify successful applicants by 22 June 2022.
All submitted posters will be published on the TREX website. For select attendees who have submitted a poster, you will need to bring your poster material to be displayed at the event venue for your presentation.
